This utilize the 19.3.0 database of Football Manager 2019. If you are playing any national league that is properly supported by FM and playable, you can use all of your substitutes (instead of 3/7 or 3/5). Also most if not all competitions will have satellite broadcasting.

How to Install

1. Download the .rar file and extract its contents into a location you can find. 7zip is best for extracting these files.
2. Place it into your editor data folder, located by default at:
Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2019 > editor data
If that last folder doesn't exist, you have to create it your self.
3. Start a new game with this database selected.
