Marius 4-2-3-1 for FM 2016 by Momaoo

This year's edition of tactic is in 4231 formation. Last year my published tactic had over 5000 downloads, so I hope you will enjoy this year's edition.
Control and Fluid shape. It's about pass and move plus possession play. Just sign players who can cope with the demands of tactic and you will enjoy how they play.

The captions are in Serbian but you should understand the movement because of the arrows. Explanation follows bellow.

We have two pivots, first advanced play in the middle and complete forward in striker position.
Advanced play in center will control play and send killer passes to rmd and amc,on the right inside forward on support will do the same and involve striker, full back on the right is attack minded but on the right center is def minded mid that will cover when fullback bombs forward. Complete forward as lone striker will act as creator for rmd and amc but will also be one of two main goalscorers in the team.
For the team setup we have two specialized roles and flat formation that corresponds fluid shape.
Team instruction are mostly possession made but with one instruction added to pass in the space and because of that roles are set up correctly.
If you have right players you should have more than 60% possession every game. See screenshots below.
Players must be able to play with roles in tactic that is essential.

Key player attributes

Defenders central: Positioning, Acceleration,jumping reach.
Full backs: Anticipation, Concentration, Positioning,tackling.
Central midfielders and AMC: VISION, technique, decisions, composure, balance, passing
Wingers: Off the ball, flair, dribbling, finishing
