New Italy System for FM23

Gentlemen here is my first database for FM23:
A restructuring of the Italian football system, which for now only includes Serie A and B (maybe I'll add lower leagues later).

In detail:

A league:
16 teams divided into 4 groups, the first of the 4 groups face off in the playoffs for the title, the last of the 4 groups relegate directly and the pen'ultimate of the 4 groups face the 4 second of B in the relegation playout.
Size of squad, maximum 23 players of which at least 4 U21s and max 3 non-EU players

B series:
40 teams divided into 4 groups, the first of the 4 groups promoted directly, the 4 runners-up in the relegation playout against 4 in Serie A.
Squad rules equal to Serie A
