This file changes the regulations of the Oceanian Champions League, bringing 2 pre-phases and placing 8 groups of 4 teams.

Adding the Ocenia Champions Cup, which would be the second continental division in Oceania.

Adding the OFC Super Cup, which would be the continent's super cup played by the two continental champions.

Vacancy model using the FIFA country ranking.

Tested on FM 22, 23 and 24, can be played with other mods without errors!!!
