Football Manager 2017 Tactics - 2-3-2-1-2 Possession - FM17 Tactic

For the pre-season training, set tactic and match tactics as very high in match preparation. Once you reach 100% familiarity with the tactic, switch to balanced high and attacking movement in match preparation. After this, plug and play I guess.

You don't need OI instructions, but you can use some if you like.

This is the best FM17 tactic I've ever created.

One Tip: Use many substitutions (rotate a lot) to keep the squad fresh! The players run a lot in this tactic, but that's why you pay them!!

Nice one mate the results are good I like the way the pressure is given to the opponent i've changed two roles on your tatic the AM and the left CM adapting them to my team as about the pressure i like how the team occupies space to leave the opponent with no choice other than put ball to their attackers to see if something works leaving my defenders at a good chanceto recover quickly the ball and restore possession thx for the tatic!

This tactic is working really well for me in League Two - except for one position: The AM. Anyone experiencing the same thing? Or is my players just not the right for the role?
