Football Manager 2019 Skins - FM19 Skin: TCS'19 Light Version

A very highly requested alteration to the TCS skin is here, introducing the light version!

The skin has (painfully) been converted panel by panel and widget by widget and is finally in a playable state.

Please mind that there will be bugs due to me not being able to view every single panel!

I won't be providing any support for this skin apart from major issues, don't request features as they will not be considered.

ENSURE YOU EXTRACT THE BASE SKIN TO USE THE AERO/WTS VERSION.

I found a mistake.
if the player has a team and a national team, then when switching to the national team on the left panel, the text becomes white on white.
