After 3 years not playing FM, I came back playing FM2019. At first it was very difficult for me, it's been a long time since I played this game, the new features surprised me very well and I'm very happy playing this game.
After 1 season with Benfica with a formation 4-3-3 - which I downloaded from this amazing website - I started to think from myself.
"OK this was amazing season, but I want something new, a crazy formation to surprise bigger teams and dominate lower teams."
And so I started to think to myself and the results were this :

As you can see I'm using a crucifix style and I'm enjoying this formation very much, achieving some good results against big teams.

Although I'm in the middle of the season, I'm enjoying this formation very much and I'm very surprised. It relies so much on your LB´s and your CDM + CM, the bet´s on crosses surprised me very much, having on many matches most players have a winning ratio of headers 85% and plus, it's a direct play style kinda like a counter - attack type formation.
Playing on positive against weaker teams, the possession was incredible having the n10 and the IF, having a 63% in most matches, and scoring most of the goals on the edge of the box or from a low cross.
The key players in this formations are those who play on the wings (LB´s and the IF´s), although the CDM and CM have an important role in this formation since most of the long passes come from them to the wings, most of the assists came from them, having a decent pace (13 or above)
and cross as well.
These are the instructions I'm using :

So this is the formation that I'm using.
If you have any suggestions on how to improve this formation, I would like you guys to tell me on what do I need to change and I will gladly give it a try. And share your feedback on the comments.
Thank you very much.
PS: I know that you guys will find some grammatical errors, I did my best writing this article for you!! Since this is my first article I hope in the future writing more for you!!
