ITS HERE!!! Thanks to calcal for uploading the editor for me I have been able to prepare the much anticipated Level 9 file! And I've managed to go even lower than this to Level 10!! My file last year was a huge hit so I hope you all find it the same!
Now updated with Level 10!
This file unlocks English lower league levels 7, 8, 9, 10 to make them playable.

Installation Instructions
Step 1
Extract the downloaded .zip file and move the extracted file Voasys Lower Level Update L10.xml in your Football Manager 2014 editor data folder:Win Vista/7: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\editor data\
Win XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\editor data\
Mac OS X: /Users/<username>/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2014/editor data/
Create the folder "editor data" if it doesn't exist.
Step 2
Start a new career game (won't work with classic mode).A little pop-up window will come up that says there is 1 enabled editor file. Click OK.
Step 3
After this click on England, then Next Game overview in the corner.It will then bring up the lowest league, when you click the menu you can go lower! Click this then Start Game on the right.
Recommended set-up for your save game
If you skip this part, the lowest level teams you're going to choose will have very few real players in the roster. We recommend taking the following steps when starting your save game to ensure you have all available real players in the database for the English leagues.So when creating your new save, do the following:
- Select the Advanced Database Size option. You'll get the Customize the Database screen.
- Click on the Add button for Nations.
- Enable the options Players based in nation and Players of nationality for England.

I stated earlier that I played with a team from the lowest league, St .Neots, and had the "no league starts after season ends"-bug.
Have you done anything to fix this issue?

Your work is outstanding but when the league system fucks up like this its sort of a waste of time to try bringing a shit team to the top

Already got the Parent Divisions set up.. probly a job for January as I have the whole of it off Uni, and things will have settled down by then. So it will be a case of doing the clubs and sub-divisions
But obviously what can people expect I only went to 9 last year so it is the first time I will have done it.
But keep and eye out mid Jan.. I will start it over Xmas/New Year period if I am not too drunk.. But for now this is How it will stay.
So even though its early.. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone

A close relative passed away about two weeks ago so being dealing with that, then my father-in-law also passed away last Wednesday. Again I am sorry that I have not followed this up recently or my story.. but as you can imagine I have had other things on my mind.

first of all, keep doing what you do, its great.
i just promoted to the southern league premier division, however it says in the rules that only 3 subs are allowed. Is this correct? Dont get me wrong, was a bit shocked because it always been 5 subs until now.

do you know anyone that has created kits and logos?
I've just completed my first season without any problems, however, after that season, one problem did arise. Whenever I scout a player, the report comes back with N/A on both CA and PA. I shall try to do one more season and see if it gets fixed if I hire a new scout.
Currently playing with Henley Town, promoted 1st season to Hellenic Premier.
Will let you know if the issue at hand gets resolved.

I have only 1 question: 1 create my own teem in fm editor with the use of your database and put it in 10 divivsion. Evrithing is alright but my teem doesn't participate in any cups (FA CUP, FA Vase, Combined county CUP). What should i do in editor, to change this situaion?
It is working correctly yes there are bugs. But I would like to point out if you can do better then have a go.
I am getting a little tired of people coming on and slating the work that has been done. Its not easy.. and especially when people are pointing out the bad things rather than the good.
The bugs will get fixed on a gradual basis. So bare with me, I do need to play the game myself to I do not just get it just to do this for you guys, And I also live a life outside of making these files.
So please be patient. And look at all the positive comments and try and be positive, you see the comment below yours. About asking a question then saying fantastic work!

I will sort some people's errors out but at the moment I have more good feedback than bad, there is only little things wrong with it at the moment MOST OF WHICH ARE SI's fault not mine.

During season 2014/15 my previous seasons records disappeared. And after gaining promotion in 2014/15 it looks like my team isn't entered into any leagues for the new 2015/16 season. Strangely I am entered into cup competitions.

I didn't get the option to ask until at least my second season and even then they said no haha.
Erm I will add it when I get round to it. Just a case of going into the editor and filling in details about the stadium and training facilities.. saving it then reloading it and starting a new game.
If you feel you can have a pop at it then fire away.
But I will fix it for the next release anyway now you have notified me.

You are going to have to follow the instructions again.
It does work if you follow them clearly, and you will have to give me a bit more information in order for me to help than just "nothing comes up" like at what part are you expecting something to come up?

Basically I can not see why there is no information, I am going to check myself now and have a look.. yes your right ive searched Cheddar FC in my game and its the same.
I am thinking I accidently missed them out when filling in club details.
And regarding the asking the board, you can not ask the board for anything to do with the stadium in the lower leagues anyway due to the fact they have no money!.
So maybe after a few seasons and you build up some cash this will change.
Most lower league clubs build a new stadium when they reach a higher level anyway.
I can edit the file and add facilities into it for you. But then you will have to start your save again.
