ITS HERE!!! Thanks to calcal for uploading the editor for me I have been able to prepare the much anticipated Level 9 file! And I've managed to go even lower than this to Level 10!! My file last year was a huge hit so I hope you all find it the same!
Now updated with Level 10!
This file unlocks English lower league levels 7, 8, 9, 10 to make them playable.

Installation Instructions
Step 1
Extract the downloaded .zip file and move the extracted file Voasys Lower Level Update L10.xml in your Football Manager 2014 editor data folder:Win Vista/7: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\editor data\
Win XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\editor data\
Mac OS X: /Users/<username>/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2014/editor data/
Create the folder "editor data" if it doesn't exist.
Step 2
Start a new career game (won't work with classic mode).A little pop-up window will come up that says there is 1 enabled editor file. Click OK.
Step 3
After this click on England, then Next Game overview in the corner.It will then bring up the lowest league, when you click the menu you can go lower! Click this then Start Game on the right.
Recommended set-up for your save game
If you skip this part, the lowest level teams you're going to choose will have very few real players in the roster. We recommend taking the following steps when starting your save game to ensure you have all available real players in the database for the English leagues.So when creating your new save, do the following:
- Select the Advanced Database Size option. You'll get the Customize the Database screen.
- Click on the Add button for Nations.
- Enable the options Players based in nation and Players of nationality for England.

I think this is SI, they really do not like data files this year.

No I didn't actually I did last year, but this year could not find any option to do it.
First of all, congratulations for your great job. just a question: did you set geographical boundaries for the lower levels (I mean from level 6 to 9)? thanks
Yes the file is stable and also the xml file is okay don't worry about that.

Yes I am planning on going further with the file, have a lot of Uni work at the moment so it will be a slow process from now on.
And yes I am working on all errors that are reported to me.
I mean the more errors people find, WHICH SOME OF THEM ARE NOT TRUE!
then the slower the process for the lower divisions.
As you can see I am having a major problem this is nothing I am doing at all!!
SI this year are terrible.. tbh mate I do not know what to do about the problem.. here is two pics below that show you that in my file in the editor which is the version your using shows them in the Northern League then in the game they are as you say in the Eastern League
i just want to know , would there be any new updates for the database , would it be deeper than the 10th ? , or some probs u found u`re working on ?
i didnt actually play the game till now , waiting for the fmc skin for fm , and the deepest english level , i love it when building the team from nothing to winning the champions league
Can I just ask you what it is that think is exactly wrong with it?
Because I have checked and double check using the official site and even got a friend to check it for me and neither of us can find anything wrong.. apart from Level 10 which I did state there would be teams missing.
Unfortunately I am not a mind reader so you are going to have to give me a hand here?
I am aware of all the three problems with the file and have been working none stop tonight to get them sorted. I have got most of the problems sorted regarding teams been in the wrong leagues.
I have also changed the subs to 5 per team in divisions lower than 6th tier. I have also had a very basic attempt at Level 10..
And setup cups for Level 9.
There is going to be a division and the odd few teams missing in my Level 10 update till I sort it. But I hope you will like it anyway.
This will be updated tomorrow with the new file.

It great you have done the pyramid for the non league at moment cant get it working but that more likely to be computer problems.

@Toxicgem Thanks mate not a problem.
@mellios A guy on another forum I posted complained about Kingstonian and said they were in the incorrect league, I googled it and it seems he was correct. So I moved them, unless I did this on v1 and did not carry it over. I will check for you, and if you are right then I will change it and upload it to the next version.
