Football Manager 2020 Tactics - FM20 3-1-4-2 Wining Tactic

I started my Save with Boavista FC (Portuguese first league) and I try to play with short passing style with a lot of pressing when out of possession.

In the first Season I won the Portuguese League, Portuguese Cup and Portuguese league cup.

In my Second Season I had already won the The Portuguese Super Cup and I moved to SCC Napoli. There in my first season I won all the tittles; Italian Supercup, the Serie A league, Italian cup and the Champions league.

Umas das grandes dificuldades que estou a ter é encontrar a tatica certa! Esta parece-me boa, mas gosto mais de jogar em 4-4-2 ou 4-3-3 (com um médio defensivo).
