Add on covers the first league of England, France, Italy, Germany and Spain, and the game begins on 23.12.2015. so you can finish winter transfers. After the first season save continue normally.
You need to enable an add-on, when creating a new game except the desired league, you need to select and include a Finnish first division (after the first season, you can remove it), and on the beginning of the game you need to choose January 2014.
IMPORTANT: Don't forget to untick "Do not use Real Fixtures" when starting save.

I will start on february where to change this when i look on the file in the editor?
Load this fmf file to editor and you can see it at the advanced rules at the left side. Then choose league (e.g. English Premier Division)-League Fixtures-2014,0,Fixtures For Year(380)-Fixtures For Year and you can see all fixtures there.

But, if you can tell me, why you need "actual file" instead of .exe? File .exe is installer which you only need to run and click "extract"
Is this file compatible with version 15.2.1 ? unfortunately i can see only finland 2013 on 15.2.1
