[v3] Kosovan tier 3 (Junior league now included) + Logopack

This update unlocks the Kosovo football pyramid down to the 3th division “Liga e Dytë”. Tested til 2023, created by fmportugal.org

Feel free to tell me some mistakes, this isn't the final version!


v3 changes:

Created the Juniors League
Olympic Stadium Adem Jashari set as national stadium
Changed game's time to real ones (Juniors at 11am, seniors at 12, Supercup at 15.30 and Final match of Kosovo Cup at 15pm)
Kosovo Cup semi finals with two hands (just like IRL)

How to enable Kosovan football pyramid

1. Download the file.
2. Move the file across to your Editor Data folder located in Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2018 > Editor Data
3. Load Football Manager and start a new career.
4. Click Database in the top-right of the screen, and make sure this database is ticked.
