Many minor changes like:
- Matty Cash with Polish nationality
- Newcastle with big funds to spend (didn't change owner tho)
- Web of club affiliations

Extract db file from the "FM 21 Cinnamon Database Plus 200 New Wonderkids for FM21" archive and put it in: "Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\editor data"
Then when you're starting a new game make sure that the main file is "ticked".
This database also works perfectly with FMTU - Football Manager Transfer Update files!
Additional tip:
When you are starting new game add few leagues from multiple continents as playable.
For example if you have plans to pick team from Bundesliga then add few other leagues like French, Dutch, Polish, Austrian.
Then pick one country from each continent for example: USA, Brazil, Nigeria, South Korea, and Australia
Remember you can always just pick the highest league tier from all those countries which will make it easier for your PC to process data.
