CONTE'S LETHAL 3-4-3 FM23 TACTICS!

Today we take some time to go over Conte's Counter attacking
3-4-3 system.

This tactic focuses on the defensive side of the game but also
has a lethal effect going forward via direct counter attacks.

You can expect to actually see quite a few goals from what
looks like quite a negative formation. Due to the fact of how
well this tactics breaks and the speed which it does also.

We decided test with his current side and also 3 of the
previous teams he has managed.
