Will Still, who is he?

Amazingly, Still spent years playing Football Manager to get his start in the game. He would spend a lot of time learning about tactics while sitting in front of his computer with his brother Ed, who is also a head coach in Belgium's top division. He is still working on getting his UEFA Pro License, which is required to manage a Ligue 1 team. This means that each time Reims plays, they must pay a penalty of £22,000.

When he took control, there were noticeable adjustments right away, but the team's identity remained mostly same. He continues to play in a 4-2-3-1 formation, which has worked for them thus far. They attempt to go far from the keeper during the build-up from the back, although occasionally they attempt to build from the back. In doing so, they frequently arrange themselves in a 4-1-2-3 configuration.

The centre-backs typically prefer to go long to reach the striker after drawing in opponents rather than going through the middle to lessen the chance of losing control. However, they frequently advance through the flanks.
