Wilfiried Nancy's 3-4-3 Possession Madness

Wilfried Nancy's system uses a 3-4-3 in an unconventional way. The wingbacks are very expressive and the team relies on patient possession to shift the opponent side to side before playing defense splitting through balls to break down the defense. It is a beauty to watch.

I created this tactic on Football Manager 2023 and although it is suited for Columbus Crew, I designed it in such a way that you can test it out with any other team and still navigate and make it work.

The roles are quite adventurous, but not panic. Columbus does have players suited to the role, but from my observation, they are better teams in Europe's top divisions with players twice as good. So with the right approach, this works too.
