Football Manager 2023 Tactics - Postecoglou's SPURS FM23 Tactics!

Today we spend some time getting the best out of the 3142 Formation. It is a very attacking style, which recently has been used by the likes of Pep Guardiola. The style I have implemented plays a lot different, actually going down a more counter attacking approach, getting balls into the box and hitting a target man.

Pls I have tried to use more than 5 tactics for this Josh daly guy and nothing worked. Stop publishing "perfect" on his tactics, the dude has no knowledge of the game whatsoever. I have been playing since 2003 cm and after the division of the companies fm, this dude is really useless to say the least.
