here is the league pack for all nations/federations in Africa.
! for Official 24.3.0 Update Database only !
Creating the world is a very time consuming task, and I do not have the time to support and test all databases. So I am going with the latest version only. The bright side is that it is for free. Tips are more than welcome though :-)
This file contains leagues and cups in real formats for all member federations of the CAF(Africa).
With the support of Daveincid, I also added Football Academies - original concept by DaveTheEditor - which provides newgens to many of the leagues.
please see the readme.html for details.

Discussion: CAF Leagues for FM24 by MasterIgor v24.5 (with Coefficients)

Workaround I found is holiday the game for a day when the first CAF fixture is up, after that about 20 players are randomly registered, again until next game reload, and so on... January registration window for knockout phase seems to work OK.
EDIT: In-game editor option to Allow squad registration anytime is not helping, neither FMRTE24 has option to register a player for CAF CL (it does have options for other continental competitions, strangely enough...).
I checked the dates in the Congo file, but 8 march 2025 is not a special date there (e.g. for registrations, transfers, first or last game in a league). None of that, it's just a date where matches can take place.
Also note that I did several tests in the game with all my files and never did anything crash. I usually simulate 10 years.
This does not mean that there is not a problem. I am just telling that it is very hard to find out without the ability to debug the game itself.
Possible reasons could be other files that edited or removed teams used in the academies, or database version not 24.3. If not that then I don't know at this moment but will keep it in mind for when I have more time and so.
can you do angola lower leagues
@CieWolf1970: That decision will be made when the format is published. I can only say that I strive to make it as realistic as possible
