HOW TO INSTALL THIS DATABASE
1) Download the Data File.
2) Drag the file into your "Editor Data" folder. located at "\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2023\editor data". If this folder doesn't exist, create it.
3) Launch Football Manager 2023 and start a new career, In the top right of the screen, under "Database", make sure this Data File is selected.
4) Click "Advanced Setup" in the bottom right.
5) Once the database has loaded, click "Add/Remove League", then tick "Malaysia". The Malaysia lower leagues will then be playable.

1. M4 is exist but not visible in "league in focus"
2. no foreign player rules for M4, should be 2+1+1 rules U21 just like M3, currently in M4 some club have 7 foreign player and they can freely play, kind of not logic bcoz M3 only allow 2 foreigner
3. Suggest to create M6 league for for unplayable lower league club such as FELDA, MK LAND & ect. Bcoz I love to play Gombak FC haha
4. Suggest to maintain no foreigner for M4,M5,M6
