FM24 Euro 2028 hosted by Britain and Ireland

Euro 2028 is set to take place in the UK and Ireland, but the game still selects from a semi-random list of candidates.

This sets England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland as hosts, and then Italy and Turkey in 2032 as planned, before going back to the regular rotation. As for Northern Ireland, you can set more than 4 hosts but it seems to break Euro qualifying - I may look at eventually releasing a separate version later where Euro qualifying is adjusted as well, including making the hosts qualify. A max of only 3 hosts show up under the competition heading, but all 4 do auto-qualify here.
