Sergio Conceiçao's Milan 4-2-4 WON UCL AND COPPA ITALIA

Hi guys this is my tactic emulation of Sergio Conceiçao Milan 4-2-4 (4-2-fantasia) the tactic he has been using in the recent matches included yesterday #championsleague match against Feyenoord badly played and poorly lost 1-0. This demonstrates that Fonseca was not the problem, players are the problem of AC Milan in this season and so were also in last two season with Pioli, it seems that after winning the Serie A in 2021-22, they lost their ambition and teamwork, and it's not only Rafa Leao who does not help in defense, Theo, Maignan, Tomori and many others are playing below their usual standards. But with my tactic you can see Milan players working well together as a compact unit in #footballmanager2024 scoring a lot of goals and winning most of matches. Against Manchester City I lost away and won 6-1 home, against Liverpool in Champions League I won 4-0 home and lost 4-1 away (I was lucky that Leao scored in the extra-time) and in Serie A we lost only against Napoli.
I used Marco Doglio Real Fixtures update database (thanks Marco!) that you can download from this site to start my savegame on 12th February 2024, with Milan being 8th and finished 5th, I won Champions League and Italian Cup
