Liga Portugal 2 - as irl, 18 clubs, 34 weeks;

Liga 3 - 20 teams, one group only, 38 weeks (3 promoted. 3 relegated)


Liga 4 (NEW) - 20 teams, one group only, 38 weeks (2 promoted, 3rd to 6th decide the other promoted place via playoffs. 3 relegated)


1º Campeonato de Portugal (NEW) - 18 teams (2 promoted, 3rd to 6th decide the other promoted place via playoffs. 3 relegated);
