See the translation instructions in the first post of this thread. English language file should be the base of all translations because it's the only one that is complete and updated.

It's a new effort for me every year, it fills me with energy looking at what this site has achieved throughout its 6 years of existence... it's definitely better and stronger than ever, and I have plans for further improvements. But what really matters is the community spirit, and I'm very pleased with that this season.

Just a quick question:
When there is a sentence to translate like this:"H&elp and Support" - what does this sign mean "&" ?should I include him in the translation ?

@stam: what to do with the & tag? because words in czech dont even contain the letters that should be underlined

About the & tag I'm not sure, Eugene needs to enlighten us. But are you sure you're using a proper unicode editor? Notepad for Windows XP is not. See translations instructions on first post... until Eugene tells me what's up with it.
