Second: I've already made a donation to Eugene but I still want to contribute translating GS 11 to Brazilian Portuguese. I'm on vacation until January 30th, so I've got plenty of free time to do the translation job.

If you are the first to declare interest for Romanian, it's yours mate. See translation instructions in the first post of this thread. You will find the English language file in the Languages folder of GS11.

Romanian language has characters like: ă, â, î, ş, ţ.
I supose I Genie will show them correctly, right?

I can do it in slovene (slovenščina) if you need it, i'm glad to help cause i really can't say just how much genie helped me throughout all those years i have played FM

I have updated the initial post, please read it. I have composed 3 lists of languages that will be translated. If you think I made any mistakes please post to explain.
For languages with more than 2 translators, the first 2 will do the translation unless there can be a discussion between you regarding who will be the 2 to make it.

Eugene told me it's used in scout menu to underline the key. It means that this key will be used as hot key in a menu like Alt+A. It's not so necessary that it stays.

Yes. Is there a difference with Serbian? I think it's the same with Bosnian, but not sure about Serbian.
