When there was that sign I didnt translate so nothing will go wrong so I guess i can translate it now as usual without any signs.

EDIT:

There is a problem to translate a word with it has bracketts.Is there an option to translate the words without the bracketts ?

for example: Defender (Left) will be translated into Defender Left

Well mate, all 3 are the same, we can all understand almost every word of all 3 of them. So you can call all 3 of them "balkan" lanq. and me and that serbian guy can do it together . . no problem.

I can help to transalate to Dutch, but I don't really think you need more for a Dutch version...

I can help to fix the translation to italian, I start to work immediately!
I previous translated FMRTE in Italian and I'm doing that nowadays at every new update of the editor

You can get rid of the & sign,the program will still work.
The & sign is a hotkey.

I know that "&" stands for a hotkey, but I just want to know if you have tried to keep it.
I tought for example to translate the word in my own language but still put the hotkey at the end (eg: translated_word &H).

By the way, what kind of unicode (encoding) do we have to use and save the file ?
UTF-8 or UTF-16?

Does anyone know what MTC-EXC and PD stand for ?

I think MTC-EXC stands for Match Experience,however i dont remember what PD stands for.

I honestly don't know mate about the brackets, why is that a problem? But Eugene told me you should translate as you believe it's best, you are the author.

Thanks for your interest, but there are already enough translators for Dutch. However, if you wish to contact them and talk about it feel free. How I see it, up to 2 translators per language should be enough.
