New format with the possibility of making 5 of 11 substitute players for leagues, cups, reserve leagues and youth leagues
Remember my work is totally free.
My idea of these scenarios is edit all league rules from the official database.
* To have the possibility of making more changes in the matches (5 of 11), and have a player for each position on the bench.
* Also some changes in the inscription of the squad increasing the maximum number of players.
* I modified leagues so that there are no limits of foreigners (example Italy), which take as foreigners anyone who is not from Italy who comes from abroad even if they are a European citizen
For leagues that only have limits for non-EU players they can add No Borders that takes all the countries of the world in the European Union, they can sign any player in the world in any country in Europe.
* I have modified the rest of the leagues in the world (not Argentina), so that they can chips without limits to foreigners.
(example India, South Africa, Chile. Etc)
I couldn't verify the rules in some countries, unfortunately I don't know anything about league structures to be able to correct them

Estas bases de datos fueron creadas para no tener límites de extranjeros justamente. Para lo que dices deberías tomar la liga que quieras jugar y editarla añadiéndole nuevas reglas para extranjeros.
Muchas gracias antes de nada por este fichero, me gustaría saber si es posible uno que solo contenga el cambio de número de jugadores en el banquillo y el número de cambios posibles durante el partido, pero que no cambie la estrucutras de la liga (jugadores máximos en la plantilla, tema de extranjeros,..)

The rules for foreigners, I have removed them in the leagues listed.
If you need new rules for foreigners, you should create them again.

Sorry, I may have worded my sentence wrong. Do you have the same dbs without the foreign limits removed? I would like to play with foreign limits. Or if you can tell me how to put them back. Much appreciated.

In the list of countries, each league that I eliminated the rules for foreigners, is in red.
For the other leagues, you can use No Borders.
I have tried, but could never verify the rules in international competitions. The only way is to create an equal in a random country and have it played in that country, something similar to WSL by Darthfurion
Hi, ferrenberg sent me brazil DB for 21.4 with 4 divisions made by Riddler. I cannot publish it because it is from another author.
It is similar but with 5 of 12 substitutes.

The fact that Portugal is actually 5 out of 9 isn't that the problem in the structure you say?
You can make the same file for international cups? champions, uefa cup etc...
Can you put the new away goal rule in UEFA cups?

I had to leave the Liga NOS without promotion, 3 relegations without a playoff, I have also removed the limits of the restrictions by age in the squads and in the formations.
