New format with the possibility of making 5 of 11 substitute players for leagues, cups, reserve leagues and youth leagues
Remember my work is totally free.
My idea of these scenarios is edit all league rules from the official database.
* To have the possibility of making more changes in the matches (5 of 11), and have a player for each position on the bench.
* Also some changes in the inscription of the squad increasing the maximum number of players.
* I modified leagues so that there are no limits of foreigners (example Italy), which take as foreigners anyone who is not from Italy who comes from abroad even if they are a European citizen
For leagues that only have limits for non-EU players they can add No Borders that takes all the countries of the world in the European Union, they can sign any player in the world in any country in Europe.
* I have modified the rest of the leagues in the world (not Argentina), so that they can chips without limits to foreigners.
(example India, South Africa, Chile. Etc)
I couldn't verify the rules in some countries, unfortunately I don't know anything about league structures to be able to correct them

If I try to adapt it and choose for 11 players on the bench and 5 subs, the rules in the Jupiler Pro League tells me 5 of 7. In your file probably it's 3 of 11.
Is it possible to change that to 5 of 11 for all competitions?

There were competitions that were not reflected in the games, but they did in the database.
In updated countries, the first seasons the leagues were 5 out of 9, also in some national cups.
Now everything works perfectly, without errors.
I started a new save from that last update and it loaded everything properly. what was the mistake?

rules-> add nation rules-> Add lower Divisions And cup to existing structure-> current nations-> select country
Rules-> convert to advanced rules-> to the left "Show Rules for-> Select competition-> Stages-> Stages 0, 1, 2. Etc-> league settings-> find where to change to the right-> substitutes rules.
If it is a league or group it is that way.
But if it is in rounds. You have to go-> stages-> stages-> rounds-> and edit all rounds, one by one.
