1950-1970 Retro Database v2 for FM23

I made a beta version of the 1950s-70s database last time, but there were so few players back then (500 players), so I increased the number of players to 900.

Africa, Asia, North America, Europe, and South America.

This database will continue to be updated in version 2024 I only have 1/10 of the work to do.

When the number of viewers reaches 10,000, we'll be able to see the complete version.
