Tactic I use for Manchester United. Getting sacked twice while I tried out various tactics. This is a hybrid based on what I learned from some very well written articles here on this site. Takes a while for the tactic to get going.

If you're also managing Man Utd, you have to wait for the injured Shaw and Rafael to get fit. Blind playing DM as DLP and Jones and Rojo playing center back. Evans makes a nice backup but get a wonderkid CB to develop as a rotation player. I rotate in Januzaj in the 3 AM slots as a roaming playmaker and I'm experimenting using him in the Ramdeuter role on the right side; once this worked well for me and I'd be interested to see how it works for other teams as well.
