4-2-4 Fairytale Counterpress Tactic FM18

This is my tactic for Torino FC which brought me in the 2nd place in the league and winner of the cup. It was a great year, quite unexpected for first season in a team like Torino. I mean it's surprising to be in that position because I'm managing an average team. However, the team was able to showcase very attractive football with high efficiency.

This tactic focuses on an attacking, fluid style utilizing high pressure and risk (sometimes), but once the team gets familiar with the tactic it's almost unbeatable. Great counter attacks and -what matters the most- results.

The 4-2-4 Tactic

For this tactic you'll need two very good CB and also IF for sure. You'll also need 2 very good CF and maybe a fast CD for through balls.
All players have the instruction to press more. The goalkeeper should give the ball fast to FB or CB in order to start the counter attacks fast.

The results

Finished second in Serie A first season and won the TIM CUP.
