4-3-1-2 The Peruvian Dance

Hello! This is my first tactic that I've made on a Football Manager game.

This 4-3-1-2 tactic's goals are to maintain possesion above 60%, maintain a high passing accuracy and also create a lots of chances.

For this tactic you will need this few roles assured for the tactic to be efficient:

-Advanced Forward with good finishing and Off the Ball stats

-A DLF with good Off The Ball and passing stats

-An Advanced Playmaker AM with good vision, passing, technique and decisions stats

I have been testing this tactic with the Peruvian side Cienciano. I will post screenshots with the results when I will finish the first season.
