MK Dons

Since moving to Milton Keynes i decided I would stop my Spurs game and start a MK Dons game.

So firstly I wanted to decide on a tactic, i tend to be a little old fashioned and believe in a pretty standard 4-4-2.

Having a look through my squad it became pretty apparent that I needed an experienced good goalkeeper.
Ian Walker filled the bill perfectly and was available on a Free.

The other positions that I saw as important to fill were:

Possible Targets
- Possebon & Gibson from United
- Randall from Arsenal
- Daid Edgar from Newcastle
- Adrien - sporting

LM
- Mareida from arsenal (really rate this guy loaned him before an was quality for me)

RM/RW
- Try to get somebody on a free
- Etuhu from Man city on loan

ST
- Andy Carroll (Newcastle)
- Delfounsa (Aston Villa)
- Nemeth (Liverpool)

CB
- D Dorite (spurs)

LB
- Babayaro (FREE)

So i wanted to ask for a parent club to see who I could get on loan and in waiting around I missed out on D Dorite who went to Southend on loan. Eventually I was given Chelsea who when running loan reports wanted to give me a rather poor LB an that was all.

MK Already have two loan players a RB called Cummings who looks rather average at the moment and a defensive midfielder called Belson who's stats are ok an could do with the cover their, i'll probably look to end Cummings once I find a CB who wil come as the two of mine are just a bit too slow.

League so far:

Played 4 Won 0 Drawn 3 Lost 1
Defeated Charlton 2-1 in the league cup after extra time
and then Stoke 2-1 in the next round of the league cup, but have been drawn with Liverpool away next round want to try and keep them to a draw (very optimistic lol) so i can cash in when i play them at home

Well the season went very down hill I couldn't get my new signing to gel as a team and subsequentially did not live up to the expectations that i would be competing for promotion... I got SACKED this is the first time i've ever been sacked in Football manager and i Took it to heart so i'm restarting this challenge in order to get MK Dons in the top flight!
