This tactic relies on a patient approach to break down defenses and create chances from open play.

We average 70% possession in most games, and sadly, this is a sign that the opposition has decided to park the bus.

To combat this, I like to uncheck the "work the ball into the box" instruction to allow for more variation when creating chances.

I've always enjoyed possession football, and playing it in the lower leagues makes it nearly impossible for the opposition to defend.

They're not prepared to deal with it.
