These are the training schedules I use for all of my players under full time contracts. When you look at the sliders, assume that setting it all the way to the left is the zero position:
*7 clicks right maintains attribute levels
*13 clicks right begins raising attribute levels
*19 clicks right achieves the maximum growth level
Anything beyond 19 clicks impacts the speed that attributes grow, but it will not impact the ceiling that an attribute can reach. The areas that I felt were most important are set to 19 clicks, secondary areas are set to 13 clicks, and tertiary areas are set to 7 clicks. Areas of no relevance are naturally set to 0 clicks - I don't want anyone outside of my keepers practicing goalkeeping, for example. I encourage you to modify these schedules to best fit your formation(s) and the type of tactics you want to achieve. For example, if you want to play with more attack-minded wing backs, I would change up the fullback schedule accordingly.
Questions and comments are welcome!

How about requests? Does anyone want me to put together FT training schedules for positions I haven't listed?
