It has incorporated all teams from the Gozitan leagues into the Maltese pyramid, in addition to Gozitan sides, we have also included the first two tiers of teams from the the MAFA (Maltese amateur Sunday league).

How to use
1. Move the downloaded .fmf file to your "editor data" folder, which is located by default at:documents > sports interactive > football manager 2026 > editor data
If the folder doesn't exist, you need to create it.
2. Start a new career game with this database enabled.
