All Nations 150 Youth Rating

I was inspired to create this file from a similar database from past FM's.

The file is simple: all countries have a 150 youth rating.

It's always interesting to see a top Premier League or La Liga star from a small island nation.

If you all want I can add a 175 and a 200 youth rating version.
