[FM20] Georgia Complete Pyramid - 5 Levels Activated

This file fully activates the Georgian football league pyramid with the correct structure and rules for the 2019 season. Erovnuli Liga to Regional Leagues are playable for Football Manager 2020.

Leagues included are:
1. Erovnuli Liga
2. Erovnuli Liga 2
3. Liga 3
4. Liga 4
5. Regional Leagues (5 Groups - 3 East 2 West)

As well as: Davit Kipiani Cup and Georgian Super Cup

Lower league teams that were missing stadiums have been assigned local ones. All kits are correct from the 2019 season.
