Attacking 4-3-3 Narrow // FM20 Tactic

The 3 strikers overwhelm 2 centre backs when playing against a back 4. Due to not having wingers, i have overlap left and right turned on, to ensure the wing-backs provide width.

Defensively, the left and right strikers man mark the opposition full backs to make sure there isn't a 2v1 in their favour on the wings.

So far I have only used it with Oxford, so I'm not sure if it works in the top leagues, but in the lower leagues it seems to work great.

I would recommend pacy strikers for this tactic.
