2038 World Cup Hopefuls gear up for Inspection

South Africa, U.S.A, Argentina, Brazil and Egypt are gearing up for the latest stage of the 2038 World Cup bidding process. Each bidding nation will welcome inspectors on tours which could have a major impact on the final decision.

Codoba could well change this stadium for a much better one if Argentina win the rights to the World Cup in 2038

I am going to focus on Argentina's bid team who say that it is about time that they had the World Cup back in South America and have promised that 4 new stadiums will be build in Rosario home of Rosario Central, Goday Cruz home of Goday Cruz, San Miguel de Tucaman, home of Atletico Tucuman and Cordoba, home of Cordoba should there bid be successful.

They think that this will twist the decision in there favour and can not wait to find out after a period of deliberation, the chosen host is set to be announced on Wednesday 21st July 2027.

Dodgy Month But Forest Keep Up With The Pace

It was a good month but not spectacular one because yet again we lost an important first leg tie in the Champion's League again. We lost last season to Marseille 1-0 and this season we had a harder team in Atletico who in La Liga are lying in 3rd place in the table and we are in 4th so it should have been close.

It was not though as we froze on the big occasion again! Goals from Perodi and Koning early in the first half was enough to give Atletico a 2-0 lead going back to Spain. Now we are not out of it but we have made it very tough for ourselves.

The Premier League was a different story as we did not lose this month. we started off with a brace of draws against Man Utd and Aston Villa. The United draw was espeicially pleasing because they had dumped us out of the Capital One Cup but in Piter we trust as he carried on his good form from last month to take us to victory this month too. Goals in the 36th and 73rd minute gave us a well deserved point infront of the TV too.

We then finished the month with a couple of 2-0 wins against Swansea and Norwich. I can not for the life of me remember when we had 3 clean sheets in a month and I think this is thanks to the addition of Drogba at the back. He got his first goal for the club against Swansea and Nightingale finished it off for us in the 86th minute.

Ross Barkley has been ultra important for us this season and he was a steadying influence in the Norwich Evening game at The City Ground because he scored and set up one for Gabrielle ghedin to score.

McDonald's Premier League Table

We are lying in 4th place again but are a lot closer than we have ever been. Two points cover Arsenal, Chelsea and us and only 6 to Manchester City. It is tight at the bottom. I am saddened that Liverpool are down there because I used to play for them but that was because Paul LAmbert wrecked us.

Forest Player Of The Month

Talk about making an impression but Didier Drogba's Son wins FPOTM with some Stirling displays this month. Since signing he had to wait a month to join because of the African Nations but he was worth the wait and in 3 appearances got a 7.58 average rating.

Upcoming Fixtures

Just 2 Premier League Fixtures this month and against Newcastle and Leeds, who are both struggling we should win those but first we have Man City in The F.A. Cup and then we have the task of overcoming Atletico's 2-0 lead in Spain, it will be tough.
A good month for you, I think you could more than match with Atletico !
Follows two very important matches! Good luck
Bebero Thanks I thought so and yes two massive games up next

Forest's Premier League Win Streak Extrended

I we delighted with our win against Newcastle today and it extended our unbeaten record in the McDonald's Premier League to FOURTEEN games following the 4-0 demolishion against Newcastle United.

Pre-season predictions of a place in continental competitiom loon well-founded after our improvement in form pushed us into contention.

However we will need to maintain our good form if we are to hold off expected late season challenges from the other sides like Fulham and West Brom.

We are looking good for 3rd or 4th, and we are going to push the leaders all the way. I want to be able to get us into the Champions League proper without going fo the playoffs.

Goodish Month For Forest

Damn it does not get much closer than that table does it? We have such an important month this month coming up but with 2 cup matches and 2 Premier League Matches to talk about from the month just past lets look at it now.

Quite simply in the F.A Cup, Manchester City mauled us! Ghedin got the first but we did not deserve anything from the match. If we did not deserve anything from the Man City match we definitely did against Atletico.

It is not easy to go away from home 2-0 down but we did and when Piter scored a header on the 33rd minute I thought we had a chance. Nightingale though hit the bar 4 times this match and the 4th time on the 71st minute I just new it was not going to be our day.

We then put all of the Cups behind us to thrash Newcastle it made us 14 Premier League matches unbeaten when goals from Piter on the 15th and 67th minute, an Segalini own goal and a rare Luke Shaw goal gave us a 4-0 victory.

We then destroyed Leeds too, Piter scored a cracking goal again and that was followed by Adam Williams scoring in the 73rd minute to hand us a 2-0 victory and make the Premier League Table very interesting.

McDonald's Premier League Table

We are third place and with four matches this month we have our biggest ever month as a club. Arsenal first, then Chelsea and then lastly Manchester City. IF we can get results this month we could well go into the final two games at the top of the table. It is going to be so tense but I have faith in my team.

Forest Player Of The Month

Piter has been amazing this month and to be honest there was not another player in the running. Awesome month for the Brazilian.
Damn the last month will be exciting. The quality of opponents will make the finish very exciting. Good luck man.
Bayern Thanks, it is the second from last month though so it is going to be worth it

Unbelievable End On The Way

Well isn't this exciting!!!! We did have another unbeaten month which included a two big draws, a regulation victory and a HUGE victory.

We start with Arsenal at The Emirates and we took an early lead through Morgan Thomas, with a bullet header. At half time I explained that they should not tighten up because the victory is there for the taking. In the second half it was an entirely different story and Arsenal scored through Roman Rastoll and we had drew. Not the worse result ever.

Next was Chelsea at The City Ground! Chelsea lead at the break so I threw on Colin Kyle for Piter to devastating effect. I resorted to the Long ball and got them to use it at every chance. In the 53rd minute Kyle out sprinted the defence and made it 2-1, I was jumping out of my seat and willed them to go and save the game. Barkley fired a freekick that came back off the post but Jamie Nightingale was first to react and that was it we had got the draw.

We then got a easy 3-0 win against relegation struggler's Blackburn. Vadala, Kyle and Nightingale scored to give us an easy night.

Before the City match they were coming off the back of a defeat at Old Trafford and I thought this could be the best time to play them. I was right as Piter scored to give us a half time lead. Then in the second half we doubled the lead through a Thibaut Courtois Own Goal in the 47th minute. They got a consolation goal but we are definitely in the title hunt now as you are about to find out.

McDonald's Premier League Table

Chelsea and Man City are joint top with us 2 points behind and Arsenal a further 2 points behind us. It is going to be one of the closest run ins ever!

Forest Player Of The Month

I am not giving this to any one person I will give it to the whole squad this month.

Fixtures Left

Lets look at the fixtures for the 4 teams left in.
Chelsea

Man City

Forest

Arsenal

i would say we have the better run of fixtures because we are out of Europe. This is the best ever chance for Forest to land a title!!!
A great win for you against Man City, good luck you have a relaxed schedule, try to take advantage of this.
Omg, so close to winning the league... Hopefully you can clinch it and the others slip up!

Keegans Notes

Two Down, One To Go For Forest

VS

Things really got interesting today as Forest had there midfield to thank on a breezy afternoon at Pride Park as they showed their strikers how to finish.

Midfield playmaker Guido Vadala gave Nottingham Forest the lead with a well timed finish from close range in the 19th minute. Midfielder Girodano Darmian doubled Forest's lead with a goal directly from a corner on the 69th minute.

The win means that the Premier League title is between 3 teams now and although Forest are 2 points adrift of Chelsea and Man City, they have the easier fixture.

The Rallying Cry

Three players from Forest came out to tell the fans to get behind the team today. Captain Luke Shaw said We have a chance to make history and win the Premier League. There might be three teams in it but Newcastle are tough for Manchester City and they have a Champions League final Coming up. Chelsea and Arsenal could go anyway.

Ross Barkley echoed what Shaw said and pointed out that we have tried this now for 4 years. This is 4 years hard graft by Kevin and we need to repay all of your patience.

We will win our match and hope teams help us out because that is all we can do. Said Gabriele ghedin. what will happen we are about to find out.

Keegans Notes

How Tense Does It Get

All I can say is WOW! Because up until the 86th minute the title was destined for The City ground.

It all started when Romain Rastoll scored for Arsenal in the first minute, that was one match in our favour already. But Man City scored in the 10th min through Ashley Cox with a penalty Man city were going to win the league.

Palumbo scored for us on the 24th minute. Now the Man city game kicked off late so when Panovic scored on the 21st minute we were top and going to win the title. Samuel scored an equaliser at Arsenal in the 35th minute and it did not make a difference for now because we had made it two nil through Andric own goal in the 35th minute. The whistle blew for half time and we thought we were top but Cox scored again for Man City and Panovic was sent off for Newcastle.

In the second half Newcastle, down to ten men equalised and we were top again! We got to the 80th minute and no goals had been scored until the 84th minute Roldan looked to have won the League for Man City and then Samuel scored again for Chelsea. Southampton got a consolation goal too but we had faught and faught but lost it in the end.

McDonalds Premier League Table

So after an amazingly close season we end up third which means are have qualified for the Champions League Group stages for the first time without having to go through the Playoffs.

Liverpool survive...but just and Reading finish outdie the top ten for first time in 4 season.

Post Season

My Commercial director reported on the club seasonal merchandise sales. The total merchandise sales for the season were £19,690,000 with domestic sales amounting to £13,930,000 of the total.

The club saw a boost in sales yet again in Brazil, with Piter shirt selling particularly well following the club's tour of the country. My Commercial Director also stated that the club continued to see commercial benefits from previous tours of China and U.S.A.

The club sold a total of 71,559 shirts over the course of the season with the following shirt names selling particularly well:

1. Zulu
2. Gabrielle Ghedin
3. Giordano Darmian
4. Piter
5. Morgan Thomas

Zulu who is reported to be the first name out of the club will leave a big hole in the shirt market but the emergence of Gabielle Ghedin means it will soon be filled.

Fan's Favourite Announces Retirement

33 year old Ante Rebic will retire at the end of the season. The Croatian who joined Forest from Fiorentina for £12.25m 6 years ago said this about it. I have really struggled to get into the team as of late so I feel it is time to call it a day. My intended retirement date is the 16th May next year and I hope to stay on at the club in a manager role.

Forest Player Of The Year

Morgan Thomas for the third year in a row wins the Player Of The Year Award by the fans and he was very thankful for it. I would like to thanks the fans because they are the best ever fans here at The City Ground and I will miss this ground when Forest move into there new ground.

Fan's Team Of The Year

The team of the year is interesting as Gabriele Ghedin missed out of a place in the team as Colin Kyle plays alongside Piter. Barkley and Palumbo beat Vadala and Cotton respectively and a big shout-out to John Keegan for getting into the team also.

Overall Team

Following the completion of this season's Best Eleven, Forest supporter spokesman, Matthew Gil, has proudly announced that four players have been considered good enough to enter the Nottingham Forest Overall Best Eleven.

Wayne Smith was the pick of the of the four players, the right-back having accumulated 112 appearances and scored 2 goals for the team at an average rating of 6.98.

Jamie Nightingale, Morgan Thomas and Adam Williams were the other players selected to become part of Forest's proud history.

Where Are They Now

Three members of the team are now retired, the rest continue to be involved in football, Vaclav Zajicek, Ante Rebic, Matej Delac, Tin Jedvaj and Gabriele Ghedin are still with the club.

Antonio Cirjak is currently a F.C. Barcelona player, Paval Holub turns out for Liverpool, Damir Gajski is at Shaktar, Zulu is about to be transferred to Benfica, Hernan Rodriguez is a Norwich City player and Liam Moore is at Reading.

Karl Darlow and Neil Bowers are at Middlesbrough and Luke Murphy is a coach at Crewe Alexandra.

New Signing

I managed to pick this guy up on a free from Arsenal because for some reason they did not sort out his contract.

Enriquez Diez is truly one of world football's global superstars. Having made his Spain debut against Slovakia in March 2021, he has gone on to make 57 appearances and score 20 goals for his country.

Diez started his career at Osasuna in May 2010, breaking into the first-team in 2015 and making a total of 4 league appearances. During this time he also spent time a Osasuna B and C making a combined total of 58 league appearances and scoring 15 goals. In July 2020 he joined Athletic Bilboa for £30,000,000 and made 69 league appearances scoring 25 goals.

I n July 2022 he joined Arsenal for £32,000,000 and made 112 league appearances and scored 44 goals. During his time with The Gunners, Diez's team lifted the Community Shield, the McDonald's Premier League and then refused to sign a new contract so moved to Forest.
