Agüero finishes the season on 23 goals, closely followed by Liverpool's Luis Suárez, with 22 goals, level with third place Olivier Giroud of Arsenal, but finishing runner-up due to playing less games than the Frenchman.
PFA Young Player of the Year
Chelsea's Oscar wins the award for the second consecutive year, finishing the season with nine goals and 13 assists in 34 games. Second place went to Manchester United's Adnan Januzaj, with Tottenham Hotspur's Erik Lamela rounding off the top three.
PFA Premier League Team of the Year
Barclays Manager of the Year
Manchester City manager Marcelo Bielsa wins the award after leading his team to an unbeaten season, becoming the first side to do so in the Barclays Premier League since Arsene Wenger's Arsenal side of 2003-2004.
