Sandro In Hospital!

News is coming out of Brazil that Brazilian Sandro has been badly hurt in an 'incident' in a Brazilian prison. The Manchester United midfielder has apparently been severely beaten up because 'he plays for the wrong Manchester team.'

Sandro admitted to this hospital late last night

In this day and age things like this should not matter but they do and myself, the team and the fans wish Sandro a speedy recovery said Brendan Rodgers.

It is understood that Sandro has a fractured wrist and couple of broken ribs and the Brazilian hospital in Sao Paulo thinks he got very lucky. It is understood that these injuries will have cleared before he is due to be released in 4 months time. This is all we have on the story for now but more reaction if and when we get it.
very good update mate!

Great update Jason :)
Jack Thanks man have u familiarised yourself with Morrison and Sandro situations?

Mirallas Spits His Dummy Out

After being subbed in the match against Arsenal Kevin Mirallas stormed off down the touchline and the tunnel without even acknowledging Andros Townsend, who was coming on for him.

The match itself actually turned when Andros came on along with Antonio Candreva. Candreva was the guy who scored but it was more about after the match that was important.

I should not have been fucking subbed! It is ridiculous that each game I am getting subbed all the time and I want clarification about this too. I will say sorry to the fans and Andros for not acknowledging him and I guess I was not the best behaved but this rotation has too stop!

Rodger however countered it.

Kevin knows that there is going to be some rotation and he is going to have to get used to because he is a fantastic player and will really give us something this season so he just needs to live with the policy here because he was told about it before he signed.
Ouch! He should be punished for that kinda language. No respect for Rodgers...

Almost Perfect For United

United have been scoring for fun

In a month where Manchester United looked absolutely unstoppable in the Premier League the same could not be said about the Champions League after Shakhtar came and shocked the Manchester club at Old trafford of all places!

The first match of the month was a potentially tricky tie in the north east against Newcastle but Steven Naismith has been THE MAN this season so far and in the 19th minute he hit a delightful chip over Tim Krul and into the back of the net. Newcastle though were letting themselves down and could hardly string a pass together but it was a mistake from the otherwise fantastic John Stones that gave Newcastle the most unlikely of equalisers just a minute later through Tiote who rounded De Gea and scored to make it 1-1.

Naismith on fire again this month

But the incredible sequance of events got even more wierd when just a minute later again Manchester United with back in-front through the most freakish of ways. Andros Townsend got the ball about 35 yards out and hit a aimless cross into the box which missed everyone and Krul, who thought it was going wide watched in horror as it trickled over the line for 2-1 to United, and they were not looking back.

In the second half they destroyed the Newcastle team and on the 81st minute Van Persie, who had been a busy body all match set Naismith up for his second of the game and in the 94th minute he completed a second hat-trick in three games.

Then followed the 3-2 defeat against Shakhtar and the media were saying that United did not turn up but I disagree with this notion and would like to say that United were fantastic but Shakhtar were fabulous! Right back Darijo Srna was awesome at right back and scored one and had a hand in two goals as Shakhtar showed they should be watched in the Champions League this season.

Shakhtar celebrate an unlikely win

United then won a hard fought match against Arsenal when sub Antonio Candreva carried on his brilliant form by scoring the winner from a fre kick on the 74th minute. It was a mighty tight match and it was always going to come down to a moment of genius, which the Italian had in abundance.

Then came a routine 2-0 victory against Bolton with Wellington Nem getting both goals late on. He was awesome in this match and will have done his chances of starting the world of good!

Then came the game of the month against Chelsea. By the 40th minute United, who are extremely fast starters were 4-0 up through a Jordan Rhodes brace and a Mirallas brace too. United allowed Chelsea back into it after half time by giving away two cheap goals but any hope of a comeback were dispelled on the 72nd when awful defending allowed Ginter to score the 5th and winning goal.

Premier League Table

United are top with Spurs there closest challengers 4 points behind. the shock good starters are Aston Villa (5th) and Wigan (7th) but people do not expect them to continue up there. Everton, the holders are down in 14th proving last season was due to Lukaku only and Mirallas who has now left.

Awards

Manager Of The Month

Rodgers picks up the award for the second month out of two. United are on fire this season so far. Uwe Rosler claims second place after guiding Wigan to 7th and Martin Jol has Villa in 5th and claims third.

Player Of The Month

I am very pleased to win the player of the month award for September and I will try to keep the performances up to claim more of these but to help my club win more matches and we can march onto win the league said Buttner on picking up his award.

Young Player Of The Month

Matthias Ginter has just edged out last months Player Of The Month winner John Stones. He has put in some awesome performances this month and this just shows with Ginter winning the player of the month and two more defenders from United first and second here that United are proving to be a very tough nut to crack this season.

Sandro Released From Hospital & Prison

Early last month we reported about Sandro being beaten up and put in hospital, well we can reveal that due to good behaviour he will no longer need to go back to prison and is now on his way to Manchester where he will be allowed to train only.

I would like to sincerely apoligise to all the fans of Brazil, Manchester United and football itself. I am going to double my efforts to make it up to everyone and I would also like to thanks to Manchester United and to my manager Brendan Rodgers for keeping faith in me and giving me another chance. I have also been fined 7 weeks wages and fully accept this punishment.

Brendan Rodgers thinks people deserve a second chance. Look when I heard the story behind why Sandro did I thought to myself, what would I do in his situation? I would probably do the same. My family mean everything to me and to be honest everyone and i mean everyone deserves a second chance. On the 27th of January we play Newcastle United and Sandro will be back in the squad.

Sandro only served 3 months of a six month sentence but has been allowed out due to good behaviour.
Thank god he's released from prison. No there's something I thought I'd never say on FMScout! Well done mate.
