Henriquez joins Stockport on trial

Former Manchester United forward Angelo Henriquez has joined Stockport on a 4 week trial seeing him play for the whole of pre-season.


The 22 year old's contract ran out at Manchester United and Stockport were the ones to first contact the Chilean over a potential move but the young forward wanted to see what it was like at Stockport before ultimately making a decision on whether or not to join the club.

Henriquez moved to Manchester United in 2012 but only managed just one appearance for the Red Devils, spending the most of his career abroad on loan, the striker never made the cut at United hence why his contract was not renewed.

After the 4 week trial both Slater and Henriquez will sit down to discuss the future of his career with Stockport hoping to tie the forward up to a full time contract to boost their chances in League 1.

It will be a fantastic signing for Stockport! it's a great player. I hope that it gives good results and that you sign it.

I just want to put up this notice to say that there will not be any updates for a few days. The save has gotten rather boring for me and I think a break is in order to try and bring back some of my interest. This does NOT mean my story is stopping it's just not going to be active for a while.

I will however be still active with my England story as I want to finish up the Euro's and end the story on a high note. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Obviously shame to see this being stopped for a while as I love reading it however its a good decision to make considering you were not enjoying the save. There is always a period in LLM when people will get bored, it happens to everyone. Hopefully when you return you will be fresh and wanting to play the save as well as giving us updates to enjoy!

At least we will read one of your stories, hopefully you can lead England to Euro glory in that one
