Neal Thanks man. I feel we'll be needing you a lot in this story, or me anyway :))

A.C. Milan Chairman Silvio Berlusconi has announced that the Milanello Sports Centre is set to be upgraded ahead of the upcoming season. Milanello is an important asset to not only A.C. Milan but also the national side who have used it for preparation on numerous occasions.

The club has worked with architects on a new athletic development centre, a new medical centre and additional space for offices and analysis. “In order to return to our status as one of the biggest clubs in the world, we must have the facilities possible” said Berlusconi. A.C. Milan preparing before their pre-season tours of Argentina and China

The upgrades are set to be completed in October but they will be structured so they do not affect the side’s current training regime. “The upgrades are a step in the right direction for our club, we want our players to feel we are doing everything possible to make them the best they can be.” said A.C. Milan manager Filippo Inzaghi.

On the 24th of July, A.C. Milan will begin their tour of Argentina with a fixture against Velez which will be followed by matches against River Plate and Boca Juniors. They will then travel to China to play against three sides from the Chinese Super League before heading home for a friendly against Juventus to finish off the pre-season.
Its always important to upgrade facilities so well done, any news on transfers?
As if Milanello isn't already amazing :))
Toonman That will be discussed in the not too distance future

Walter Just trying to keep ahead of Feliks in everyway possible

A.C. Milan has signed 22 year old defender Ricardo Rodriguez for €16.5 million as Filippo Inzaghi continues to improve his side ahead of the Serie A season. Rodriguez moves to Italy after competing at the 2014 World Cup for Switzerland where his side was eliminated by Argentina in the Round of 16.

The Swiss international immediately endeared himself to supporters by saying “It’s an honour to sign with one of the biggest clubs in Italy and the world. I will do my best to see the club return to its former glory.” Rodriguez will play a major part if Milan return to the top of Italian football

When asked about Rodriguez, Inzaghi was quoted saying “Ricardo is an intelligent player who has the fitness to outwork his opponents. His potential could see him become one of the leading defenders in not only Italy but the world.”

Despite the transfer taking up a large portion of their transfer budget, it is believed that this will not be the final transfer for A.C. Milan before the commencement of the season although Inzaghi may have to sell a player or two in order to balance the books.
My congratulations on signing a Wolfsburg player. He is very good and I am sure he will be a star - are you going to play him and De Sciglio?
great signing, will u be playing him a traditional left back or a wing back, all you need now is Neal Maupay ;)
FORZA JUVE! good story btw
Xander I will be starting him with De Scigilo, develop them and watch them become a force!

Toonman Traditional and I am not sure if Maupay is on the save...

Simich Hopefully we both destroy Juventus, cheers lad!

Inter Announce New Leadership Group

Inter Milan have announced their new leadership group, filling the void left by retired player and now board member Javier Zanetti. Goalkeeper Samir Handanovic has been named as the new captain, whilst Nemanja Vidic will be the vice captain. Both players are pleased with the change, as is manager Walter Mazzarri. Vidic is a new signing at San Siro but was deemed a great leader and given the vice captaincy, whilst Handanovic has 1 season under his belt at Inter Milan and is already a player and fan favourite.

Meanwhile, Nemanja Vidic is a new signing at Giuseppe Meazza after crossing over from Manchester United earlier this month. The Serbian has expressed his delight at joining the Nerazzuri but is even more happy with his appointment as vice captain of the club. Vidic was Manchester United's captain upon leaving and is one of the best leaders in world football.
Samir Handanovic will take the armband for the 2014/15 season

The appointment has seen a positive reaction from fans, with many seeing Vidic as a great choice as vice captain whilst having someone who's had experience at the club as captain. Handanovic and Vidic play a vital role in the heart of Inter's defence and Walter Mazzarri will be hoping they can step it up as the new leadership at Inter Milan.
Leadership group... sounds a bit like AFL another football code I know ;)

(Those two both should do well)
great signing in rodriguez and the armband is going to the right person, keep it up
You have so much leadership and age their. The final wall of defence will be in penetrable, especially with Vidic.
Walter Pfft no :))

No1VillaFan Thanks man :)

Xander I certainly hope so, Vidic and Handanovic are beastly :)
