Colombian striker, Teófilo Gutiérrez, will be playing in Ligue 1 next season.
The Lions player who was third place in last year's Golden Shoe is leaving Sporting after only a year at Lisbon.
Teo cost €3,4M to the Lions in the last Summer, and a little more than a year later, he's leaving to french side, Lyon, for a €17M fee.
Teo played a total of 41 games in the starting eleven and 45 in total last season, where he scored 23 goals and made 13 assists.
This season he had played two games - against Benfica for the supercup, and against Gil Vicente, in Primeira Liga's inaugural match, and scored once, in the defeat against the Eagles.

The portuguese press has noticed in the last days the eminent deal beetween Sporting and Porto for portuguese striker, André Silva. The deal is probableto take place with a value around the €15M. André Silva has been a essencial player of Porto B team, and has yet to debut in the main team of the Dragons.

Sergio Díaz, paraguayan striker, is the newest player of the Lions.
Sporting will pay €1,4M for the 17 year old striker, to Cerro Porteño, from Paraguay.
The race for the youngster was a close one beetween two big portuguese clubs. As Sporting, was also Porto, trying to get the deal with Sergio Dìaz, but the young striker ultimately chose the Lisbon based club.

Sporting avanced to Sergio Dìaz after a deal with Porto striker, André Silva failed at the last hour.
After the €15M offer to Porto for his young star, who plays in the B team, was accepted, and the deals with Silva were finished, the news took many by surprise, when Porto's youngster decided to sign a new deal with Porto, renewing his contract, and rejecting Sporting on the process.
The Lions would then make an offer for Sergo Dìaz similar to Porto's, and win the race for the youngster.

Luís Carlos Almeida da Cunha (b. 1986, November 17)
Nani started his carreer in Real Massamá, and arrived at Sporting in 2003.
After two years playing in the youth teams of Sporting, where he won the league for juniors, he made his debut for the first team.
He as a signature move for every time he scores a goal, he makes a mortal jump. Nani's as many qualities that can describe his game, from those he enjoy most his technique, pace and a creative fantasy.
In his first season on the main team, 2005/06, he quickly turned into a key player for the Lions. He finished the season with 36 games and 5 goals.
In his second season, Nani, played 40 games and score other 5 goals. This season he won for the first time the Taça de Portugal, after a 1-0 win over Belenenses.

Also, in his second season, the reason he didn't become portuguese champions was ... an hand.
Sporting would finish the league in second only 1 point behind Porto, and Sporting had the direct confront advantage. But, the title for this story in no coincidence. And in the jungle, the most attrocious things happen. And so, in a match against Paços de Ferreira, Sporting would lose it by 1-0, after a hand goal by Rony. The hand that cost the title to the Lions.
After this season, Nani was sold for €25,5M to Manchester United.
With the Red Devils shirt, Nani played 230 matches, scored 40 goals, and made 73 assists.
At his first year in Manchester, he won the Premier League, Champions League and Community Shield.

In 2014/15, Nani returned to Sporting. The was made for a year long loan, and Manchester United would pay the salaries, and that made it possible for the Lions to have his idol back.
In this season, Nani played a total of 37 games for the Lions, and he scored 12 goals and made 8 assists. Beetween those, he played 5 Champions League games, only failing the last match of the Group Stage, that Sporting didn't overcome, and scored 4 goals to which he joined 2 assists.
His last match with Sporting's shirt, was a Taça de Portugal final against Braga.
Sporting was down by 2-0, and playing with 10 men since the 25th minute, but reached the draw in the last minute of the game. After a no-goal extra-time, Sporting beat Braga in the penaltys. Nani took one of the penaltys and scored.
After this season he returned to Manchester United, just to get sold to Fenerbahçe
