Transfer Window News
The usual rules apply with the exception of one new rule coming in for this window. If a foreign player you would like to go to, or a lower league player you would like to go for is transfer listed, then if they are transfer listed for under there value, you may bid for the value there listed for! Remember though the rules apply for the highest bidder still wins that player.
The chance to CO-OWN a player will be coming in, in the summer and you are allowed to have 5 foreign transfers and 5 lower league transfers again with as many loan or transfer between chairman to chairman as you would like.
You may also hire a Director Of Football for £15m or you can up your rep for £25m for 500 of reputation
