Agreed, also more converstation options such as new dialogs.

1- Attribute should be masked to a greater extent. only to be discorved after excessive scouting maybe two years- just like in reality.
2- Attribute re-accessed after after every season or half season depending on match performances, e.g. clint dempsey has gone up in our estimations this season, so if player x has a great season attributes should change appropriately and vice verse if player y has poor season.
3-training performance during the week should have more of an influence on starting XI esp for teams that do not have great deviation in quality.
4- performance related transfers e.g. clint dempsey super season now arsenal, tottenham, man u snooping.
5- borad meetings- board given specific instructions play champagne football, win fa cup within 2 years etc.
6- evolving rivlres
7- german team
8- more realistic match engine, its the worst part of FM12( more realistic passing, misses, even distribution of ball so LB is not the highest passer of the ball in the team, physio giving recommendation on injured player rather than Ass manager)
9- revamped media
10- better AI mangement and Better AI run clubs long term planning.
11- a PPM for mangers so to speak, e.g. Arsene Wenger-(likes to play short passing, focuses on youth, tight with money, etc)
12- send coaches to coaching seminars to improve theirs attributes
13-more player difficulties at big clubs c'mon SI make a bit more challenging.

I want there to be a more 'hands on' approach in training, say you put you Goalkeepers in a training schedule made by yourself, adjust the appropriate slider to where you want them, then you could like choose the keepers to focus on one particular are ect. 1v1 agilty. Instead of them all being in one
And additionally, you could watch any player you wanted train to see how they are doing?

The current ability can remain, but if you work hard to train a player he should have no limit(if he is young).
Me for ex. in real life, when i played firt time after 3-4 years when i didn't put the foot on the ball, i was a disaster, after i payed a few times 20-25 matches (on a small field) i was beggining to know how to play againg, so think if someone with a little bit of natural talent had access to modern training he could play at a more higher ability, even if he is 40 years old, because men is learning as long is he breathing !

Have more problems with dangerous players, (rooney spotted at strip club, balotelli eating bad foods, barton assaulted someone, suarez was racist etc) also car crashes, insurance on players to reduce medical and wage costs etc.

1) When you have an affiliated club that says, "Can send youth players to train with (your team)". I want that they actually send a couple of players a year or every 2 years. Something like that will be great.

2) Regens have related relationships. For example, a regen named Mark Anthony, his favored personnel is Marcus Anthony. Gives an idea that they are related. Just like Fabio and Rafael in Man United. Not really a must, but its kinda fun.

3) Being able to select a country for an affiliated club. For example, you request for a feeder team. Your board asks what country would you want a feeder team from? Choices: Belgium, England, Norway, etc.

4) Captain voting. This can be done in a team meeting where you ask your players who would be a suitable captain and co-captain. For example, you brought up the topic who should be this season's captain. Then a poll would show up. Like, 50% voted for A, 30% voted for B, 20% voted for C. That way when you select a captain, the players won't get mad.

I think there should be a 'Become a Chairman/Owner option'.

Example :-

Let's say you start a save with a club, the wages that you are paid are 'stored' so when you have enough money you can resign and make a bid to buy/own a club? You can then take your 'Millions' and buy a real minnow and pump them full of your hard earned cash.

(Probably way too complicated to incorporate this idea)

1. It'd be cool if you could send players out to do there coaching badges before they retire. And if you pay for there badges then they sign to be a coach when they retire. Also the more courses they do the better they are as coaches.

2. Send different players to do jobs around football. As in advertising to make money, charity days etc. but some players prefer doing those jobs and some get annoyed if you always or never asked them.

3. Newspaper reports of matches and transfer speculation in papers. I know they have then already but it'd be cool if it was more visual and real life.

4. A way to compare accomplishments over Facebook like a league table and compare trophies, promotions etc.

More regular training reports. monthly isnt really often enough. weekly would be better

largely, this already exists, although a number of the attributes are hidden from the game player (something like Genie Scout can pull some approximation of the data up, depending on how one feels about the use of such tools)

Thought of another improvement - Was at PSV for four years and won 4 titles, 2 cups and a CL and i was considered a legend, but once i left (to go abroad) i was considered as "disliked personnel". This doesn't happen much in real life unless you go from Utd to City or Real to Barca and Mourinho's still treated as a god at Chelsea, so why does this always happen in the game.
Apologies if this has been mentioned before, but why does my opponent more often than not score in injury time?
I mean sometimes i can just tell they are going to score when the game clock whizzes from 30 odd mins straight to 45, this happens far too much.

This is true. I led GOŠK Dubrovnik from the third league to three league titles, four cups, a couple UCL semifinals, and a final... and I left for Monaco to become "unlegendaried". What, was I supposed to run out my contract and then keep my legend status?

New user here, I would like to see an option when you interact with board where you can request to build a youth training centre in a different country like say Brazil so you can attract the best young players from each country that you build one in, I would also like to be able to do something with the wages I make as it makes a big deal of the new contracts yet you can do anything with the money you recieve, Also finally I would like to have an option where you can talk to press and praise/criticize your full team on recent performances instead of only being able to praise single players

What a great idea to vent some of the frustrations with the game.

1. When a player is in the reserve squad or available for the reserves there should be a option to tell the reserve coach that you want this player to be played in the game.
For example if I need to keep a player fresh then I can make him available for the reserve team
but this doe's not mean he will be picked for the reserve team. There should be an option where
you can have a preference that the player plays in the reserve match and that he is not left on the subs bench or not even picked.

2. Same again with the under 18 squad. I currently have a 4-star potential player in my under 18 squad yet the coach I have put in charge never picks him to play and instead puts a 1 star player potential player in his position. There needs to be an option where I can set it so that this player is involved in all the games and given preferential treatment (as would happen in real life).

3.Improved player interaction. What's the deal with telling a player who you think has done well and then the player saying I don't think I have been very good actually and then his morale decreases...?! Even if he thought he did not play very well why on earth would someone's morale go down if the manager told him he did a good job?

4.Again as many have said more realistic transfers. I get fed up with offering ridiculous sums of money and constantly getting turned down. Cesc Fabregas was a prime example in FM2011 where you get not get him for much less than 70 million yet in reality he went to Barca for 40 million. And in FM2012 its much the same. I offered something like 45 million for Mario Gotze and was turned down again and again and in the game 6 months later he joined a club for 30 million!!. So my 45 million offer gets turned down and yet a 6 months on he is sold for 30 million.

5. What about some sort of trophy cabinet you can enter to see all the trophy's you have won?

6. Manager relationships where they feel you "could be friends" but you never actually become friends!

There are many more but that's all I can think of for now. Would be great to think the developer's might read this and listen to our criticism's.
