Id go for Willian personally, Eriksen will ask for much higher wages.

Departing players: Earned 20 million pounds, lost 10.5 in bringing players in.

Danny Fox: 3.1 million pounds
Why: Left for Stoke. He wasn't getting much playing time and I didn't want three LB.

Jed Steer: Loan to Glasgow Rangers
Why: Loaned to gain match-experience.

Cameron King: Loan to Charlton
Why: I really don't know, but my assistant manager put him up for loan.

Seamus Coleman: 3.2 million pounds
Why: His stats were crazy low for a RB. Thank God that I recouped what I bought him for.

Ryan Bennett: 4 million pounds
Why: Thought that Bartra would join my team and he didn't. Regret this decision, but Doria will get more time thanks to his departure.

Axel Kacou: Loaned to Coventry 45k p/m
Why: Regen, needed gaming time. Plus it's the Npower Championship which is good.

Lionel Galland: Loaned to Q.P.R. 250k p/m
Why: Regen, needed gaming time. Plus it's the Npower Championship which is good.

Anthony Pilkington: 2.5 million pounds
Why: He was loaned out to Q.P.R last season and he wasn't going to play other than the reserves this season. Preferably see a player play than rot :D. Left for Leicester

Michael Turner: 1 million pounds
Why: He was 30 and declining so I had to recoup some of the money Chris Hughton had spend before my time at Norwich.

Korey Smith: Loaned to Celtic 40k p/m
Why: I just keep loaning the kid out. If I can sell him next season I will.

Robert Snodgrass: 4 million pounds
Why: He wasn't going to be used anymore and for 4 million pounds that was a great deal. Recouped 2.5 million pounds that Norwich payed for him. Left for Stoke City.

Mark Bunn: 2 million pounds
Why: He only made 4 official appearances for Norwich as he was a bench-warmer. Great deal as Norwich had payed 750k to Blackburn before. Left for Nottingham Forrest.

Tomas Rincon: Loaned to Mallorca 55k p/m
Why: He plays too dirty as he got 15 yellow cards and 3 straight red cards. I wanted him off the team and Mallorca were the only willing to loan him outside the PL.

Harry Barker: Loaned to AFC Wimbledon
Why: Loaned out for match expierence.

Kyle Callam-McFadden: Loaned to Aldershot
Why: Loaned out for match expierence.
Some good sales there. Unlucky not to get Bartra as a replacement for Bennett but that happens sometimes. Looking forward to seeing Norwich attack the top this season :P
Pre-Season Results: To be honest, I gave my assistant manager the rails in the pre-season as I was looking for our future transfers. The only match I did play was the Birmingham one, as I wanted to see how Butland played. He impressed me, and so does Girolamo. Plus, Girolamo is showing early signs of being one of the best for Norwich.

Actually Rookie, Willian asks like 20k less than Eriksen, but I mean I won't by cheap for a player like Eriksen. I will be posting soon on my choice of signing. Though, I do need more feeedback ;)
nice community shield victory :D good luck against bayern :D
Community Shield Report: I'll do the commentary. This will be my first time in my story, and I would appreciate your comments towards this.

Starting XI for Chelsea F.C. and will field a 4-2-3-1 formation: Petr Cech, Kenneth Omeruo, Benedikt Howedes, John Terry, Ryan Bertrand, John Obi Mikel, Mikel Arteta, Hatem Ben Arfa, James Rodriguez, Andre Schurrle and Stevan Jovetic.

Subs: Thibaut Cortois(GK), Romelu Lukaku, Juan Mata, Fernando Torres, Gylfi Sigurdsson, David Luiz and Guillermo Burdisso

Starting XI for Norwich City F.C. who will field the classic 4-4-2 formation: John Ruddy, Cesar Azpilicueta, Angelo Ogbonna, Sebastien Bassong, Didac, Marko Marin, Albin Ekdal, Jonny Howson, Marcelo Estigarribia, Manolo Gabbiadini and Mattia Destro.

Subs: Mattia Perin (GK), Erik Pieters, Russell Martin, Ibrahim Afellay, Dani Pacheco and Doria.

Norwich will be pairing up Italian duo Gabbiadini and Destro. Rumors over at the Norwich camp are saying that Jonny Howson is transfer listed, and the replacement for him will be either Willian or Eriksen.

Meanwhile at Stamford Bridge, Schurrle will start after Chelsea had to cough up 25 million pounds for his services.

1' Norwich start the match!

5' What a foul by Howedes against Howson! Surely referee Howard Webb will do something. Yes, it's a yellow for Howedes. Benedikt Howedes (Yellow Card).

7' Schurrle is left alone by Azpilicueta and shoots to the sky! What a miss by Schurrle!

8' Schurrle is brought down by Azpilicueta who didn't look happy the minute before. Cesar Azpilicueta (Yellow Card).

11' Norwich are doing the Barcelona tiki-taka. The current possesion stands at 43% - 57% that favours Norwich.

19' WHAT A TACKLE! That will surely be a red, right Ben? Sure is Mark, as Omerou tackled Estigarribia from behind. Howard Webb looks like he's looking for a card, and it's the yellow card! What an injustice. Fans of the Canaries are whistling to Webb. Keneth Omerou (Yellow Card)

21' Marcelo Estigarribia is making Omerou's day hell! He makes a wall with Ekdal and is left free! He fires a shot, in which Cech is forced to stretch out. First chance for Norwich here at

45' Mattia Destro is alone with Cech can he score?! Obi Mikel is pulling the shirt of Destro and is booked. John Obi Mikel (Yellow Card)

Half-Time here at Wembley! The deadlock is still on in this match and this is a great game of football. Don't forget that Chelsea and Norwich have faced in the Europa League last season, where Norwich beat Chelsea in penalties. Will it be like this again?

45' Chelsea restart and pass the ball back to their goalkeeper, Petr Cech.

58' Ouch! Ekdal tackles very dirty to James Rodriguez. The youngster looks to be injured. Yellow card for Ekdal! Albin Ekdal (Yellow Card).

58' James Rodriguez (Off), Juan Mata (In).

69' Oh my God! Estigarribia and Mata looks so twisted it looks like the sex position 69. *Ben chuckles*. Looks like Estigarribia will get a yellow card for that weird looking tackle. Marcelo Estigarribia (Yellow Card)

71' GOOOALL! Yes, the deadlock is opened here by a fantastic goal by Manolo Gabbiadini. Ekdal sees that he has no mark and passes the ball, where Gabbiadini chipped it over Cech! Great goal. Can Norwich hold on?

76' Mikel Arteta gets a yellow card after some persisting fouling in the last few minutes. Mikel Arteta (Yellow Card).

81' Wow, some major changes for Chelsea. Gylfi Sigurdsson (In) Mikel Arteta (Out); Guillermo Burdisso (In) Keneth Omerou (Out); David Luiz (In) Schurrle (Out); Fernando Torres (In) Hatem Ben Arfa (Out).

88' Looks like Jeremy Pauker will be wasting time here as Marin leaves the pitch. S-L-O-W-L-Y. Marko Marin (Out) Ibrahim Afellay (In).

89' Well looks that there will be another change for Norwich! Erik Pieters (In) Marcelo Estigarribia (Out); Ibrahima Mbaye (In) Manolo Gabbiadini (Out). A loud sounds of claps for Gabbiadini after the new signing scored the goal for Norwich, but could it be the winning goal?

90' 4 minutes have been added.

90(+2)' Jovetic is left alone by Ekdal, but here come Mbaye who cleanly tackles the ball for a corner!

90(+3)' Cech is going to the penalty box!! Mata swoops it in and Howedes who heads the ball and Azpilicueta clears the ball from the line! Oh dear lord, Destro runs for the loose ball, but goes for throw-in for Chelesa.

90(+4)' FULL TIME HERE AT WEMBLEY! NORWICH WIN THE COMMUNITY SHIELD!

FT: 1-0

This is the third title for the young Norwich and England Manager in his 3 year career!

MoM: Cesar Azpilicueta (8.6 rating).

RS: After winning the Community Shield and handed this tough group, do you think you can qualify to the First Knockout Round? How do you think your team will fare in their first Champions League appearance?

JP: Thanks Raphael, I have to agree that this is a tough group and that my team will do its best to qualify, like we did last year. Plus, with some signings we have made, I think that we can pass this group.

RS: Rumors say that you are interested in signing Willian, from Shakhtar. Are these rumors true?

JP: I mean, with Snodgrass out, we do need to sign a replacement for him and Willian is one of the options we are looking at. We were close to signing him this summer, but he suffered a hip injury ruling him out until early December.

RS: *Jotting down answer*. So if in the case Willian gets out of his injury and plays for Shakhtar in the Champions League, meaning that he would be cup tied if you chose to sign him in January would you still sign him?

JP: That's one of the factors that is putting me away of signing him because any team that had Willian and played CL football would get better.

RS: That would be all, congratulations on your Community Shield win.

JP: Thanks, goodbye.

MP: Hello Mr. Pauker, I'd like to ask you some questions.

JP: Hit me baby!

MP: So, are you thinking of signing other players for your team?

JP: If there is anyway we can improve the team, I will do it.

MP: What are your transfer targets for this season?

JP: Well, we are negotiating for Butland at the moment and Jonathan Viera is coming in for a trial so we might be signing 2-3 more players.

MP: What about Willian and Eriksen?

JP: Well, those two player are being closed look at by Ricky Sbragia, our best scout and he will inform us about the situation. Since Willian is out injured we will be looking at these two players in January.

MP: So, how are your team holding up against Bayern tommorow?

JP: Well, we did beat Barcelona and I think can beat Bayern Munich.

MP: What do you think of the Capital One Cup draw against Porstmouth?

JP: It gives us a chance to advance more into the competition.

MP: What are your targets for the Captital One Cup?

JP: To win it, like we did the F.A. Cup.

MP: Thanks and good luck with Bayern match.

JP: No problem, though, I don't need luck for the Bayern match ;)!

Great job with the community shield! Good luck with the CL.

JP: It feels great to beat Bayern Munich here at Cardiff. I will remember this moment for the rest of my life, and I think that the players will remember this day too. I would like to thank Alan Bowkett for giving me the shot to manage a team like Norwich. Thanks.
Pauker you're doing great and your story is superb. Congratulation for the new title against Bayern :)

I noticed something funny :D

In other news, Norwich have given former Valencia star Jonathan Viera a trial, in which he will try to impress the Canaries manager.
