Good start for the season Madrista.
You're doing amazing in Europa, specially the 4-0 win against Arsenal! And the 1-1 in Italy is very good.
The league hasn't been easy, but still in the beggining and I'm confident you will be in the front at the end.
Keep it up, very nice story :D
Marco Van Basten's POV (Head Coach of next opponent)

Let's take a look at the next fixture, Ajax. Their playing ok I guess. The defense is weak, especially at left back. We can exploit Daley Blind with ease. Alderwild is a good Centere Back, but Veltmen, the other CB, is an average defender. Poulson, the Defensive Midfielder is playing really well, he lines up more to the right side though, and Anderson, who isn't playing that well lines up more to the left. We should push the ball to the left side if we want to score the most goals. Erikson is a good playmaker in the middle and he can have various options line up with him on the left. I'm most worried about Enzo Perez though, he's been on fire as an inside forward on the right and is getting through defenders with ease, he must be stopped. De Jong has been playing up top and playing a little deeper, he usually drops back and feeds the ball to to the wingers, who score the majority of the goals for their club. We need to keep the ball and not let Ajax get the ball up to Erikson and De Jong, that's our only chance of winning.
loving the different POV's Madrista :D
November Update

A really good month for Ajax, we still are having disciplinary problems, but this month it didn't hurt us as much as we thought it would. Our first game was against Heereenveen (not shown). We started the match off poorly, but came back to score 3 unanswered. A 3-1 win. We had a second, harder game against Juvenuts in Amsterdam, but the team couldn't stop their fast Forwards and we lost 3-1. We came back to the league against VVV, where Christian Erikson and Siem De Jong powered us too a 4-2 victory. Another league game followed, against Willem II, we struggled to really get going in and we deserved a draw, 1-1. Our 5th Champions League Match was against Gladbach, a game that we won 4-2. This means we qualified from the group, a huge achievement for the club. We then went on to beat RKC and NEC to finish an unbeaten league month. I'm really worried about all the cards we receive. Right now, we've received the most read cards and the 2nd most yellow cards in the league, and we're going to drop games if this continues to happen. Anyway, we're currently 3red in the league with a game in hand over PSV and Viteese

Our player of the month is...................

Christian Erikson, the AMC scored 2 goals and had 4 assists this month to go with a Man of the Match award.

A referee's point of View

Ajax, what a dirty team. Every Time I got to ref a game, they are kicking peoples heals and grabbing their shirts. Ajax don't play attractive football, they play anti-football. They just foul and foul and foul until the opposing players are so hurt that Ajax can score easily. Ajax is ruining Dutch Football, and their manager Frank Rijkaard isn't even opposed to this style of play. Ajax need a new manager and a new playing style, now!

Nice updates! Do you discipline your players for red cards?

Ajax Kits Leaked

The Ajax 2013-2014 kits have been leaked by a shell opeartive. It seems that Ajax have made a secret sponsership deal with Shell, and created new kits for next year. Ajax head coach Rijkaard had no comment on the leaking of the kits but told the media that the kits looked very nice and that Ajax and Shell had reached a deal.

First Kit: Second Kit:

3rd Kit:

Thanks to Montoon for the kits. :D

s:) Well done so far. Game on hand so should be top!
The loss to PSV was disappointing but it seems that you have bounced back well. Perez seems to be the best 5k signing of all time :P The different opinions/point of views is a very interesting touch and I'm looking forward for more. :)
Christian Eriksen is a quality player and one I am very interested in signing for my own Liverpool FC team. I am liking the good mix of imagery and text - it is far from overwhelming.

I do however have to say, the Shell logo on the kits....disgusting!!

Keep up the great read!
Great read, but the kits are...
Just remove Shell!
Good start keep it up! Hopefully the new kit sponsorship brings in extra funds to go towards your squad :)

December Update

A great month for us, with a huge win against PSV! We started off the month against Feyenoord, where we scored 7 goals, 4 coming from Siem De Jong, en route to a 7-2 victory. The next game was a hard fixture against Arsenal at the Emirates. We managed well though, earning a 1-1 draw and a trip to the knockout stages of the Champions League. I'm absolutely ecstatic that we're through, because we weren't given much of a chance, but we played better than other sides in our group and we deserve the progression to the knockout stages. After Arsenal, we had a huge title contenders clash against PSV. Siem De Jong showed up for our side, and we romped PSV 4-0. A huge win for our side, as a loss could put us farther away from a potential Title. Now, we are the middle of a title race containing PSV, Us, and Vitesse. We had a rough end to the month and year, with just 4 out of 12 points in the Dutch League. We did however progress to the next round of the cup, with a confident 3-1 win over NEC. We currently lie in 3rd place, 2 points down from Vitesse and 4 from PSV. Hopefullly, this will change as the title is still very much up for grabs.

Our player of the month is........................

Siem De Jong, the young Dutchman came in to replace an injury at striker and promptly knocked in 12 goals in 7 games. In total, he now has 17 goals, good for 1st in the Dutch League.
