Great signings mate. Does this signal that Anderson will be leaving? I hope so :P

Pity about losing the title to PSV but you'll probably win it this season :P

Marin, Anderson and Poli are very interesting signings and I hope they do well for you :)

Poli :D Nice signings mate, whip PSV this time around!
Good save so far. Poli will turn out well for you hopefully.
Madridista, don't take this the wrong way, but I never expected such an amazing story when I clicked the link. You've strengthened the team very well and hope you do well from here on :)

Billions of blue blistering barnacles! Akash is commenting on stories again :O
Unlucky Jason, but you'll do better next season, trust me :)
Preseason Update

A pretty good preseason from us. We started with a bore draw against GFC Ajaccio, where Lucas Andersen scored our lone goal on a nice volley. Nicholas Boilesen tallied 2 in a nice win against Havre AC, where Vermeer kept a clean sheet. We won 2-0 again against Estoril, where Boilesen scored once more. Lastly, we put 4 past the keeper against Ajax Cape Town, where both SIem De Jong and Christian Eriksen scored. Although we were solid, I'd like to see more shots on net for the league campaign. The next couple games are against FK Austria Wien, who we drew in the Champions League Playoffs. I'm confident that we can beat them and get to the group stage. In the league, I have VVV and Utchret, and I'm aiming for 6 points out of the first 2 games!

Our player of the preseason is...................

Nicolai Boilesen, who scored 3 goals in 3 games while playing at Left Back.

Sorry for the lack of updates guys, and thank you all for the comments! :D
Good luck for this season Jason :)
3 goals in 3 games not bad for a finishing stat of 3, good luck for the season ahead mate :)
Nice update.
Good luck for this season :)
An Ajax Tactician's POV

Today, we received an email from a new tactician, Michael De La Parra. He told us that our 4-2-3-1 tactic was nice, but he had improvements. Mike sent us a copy of what was too be a new tactic. There were 4 in the back, 2 Center Backs and 2 Fullbacks, the standard back 4. In the midfield, we had both a Ball Winning midfielder and and a standard Center Midfielder. We had an Attacking Left Wing and a Right Winger to go along with a Attacking Center Midfielder shifted slightly to the right. Up top, is our forward, who is shifted slightly to the left. At first I had doubts about this tactic, which was tested at Schalke 04, but those doubts were soon put to rest after a dominating performance at FK Austria Wien, in which we win 1-0. The shoreline tells a lie though, we outshot them 17 to 4 and had possession of the ball 58% of the time, so the scoreline should have been a lot more in our favor. The complete tactic all be revealed by Frank Rijkaard in the August overview.
Nice tactic. Perhaps you need to improve your finishing?
Good Luck for the season ahead!
