Midfielder Bradley Johnson and captain fantastic Grant Holt both leave the club for Fulham and Chelsea respectively, earning the club a total of 12.3m

Grant Holt will now ply his trade at Stamford Bridge

Moving the other way is Portuguese center-back Daniel Carrico who completed his 4m move from Reading.

FIVE in and FOUR out for Villa

With the announcement of Neil Warnock as Aston Villa Boss. The Chairman Doug Ellis has made some moves in the transfer market. We will start with the exchange deal of Barry Bannan and Damien Duff. Duff moves to Aston Villa on a season long loan with Bannan going the other way.

"Damien brings invaluable experiance for a young squad with potential" Said Chairman Ellis. Warnock is said to be 'pleased' with the signing. Will Duff start though remains to be seen.
Ellis has raided Fulham again and bought Goal Keeper David Stockdale in for £5,000,000. Ellis said he will challenge other new Keeper Keiran Westwood for the number 1 jersey, effectively ending the careers of both Shay Given and Brad Guzan. Westwood comes in for £3,000,000. Both Keepers pictured below are to bettle it out for the Number 1 spot. Indications show that Westwood will end up as the first choice.

Kevin Nolan has also completed a move to the Midlands club. Nolan who previously played for West Ham United is thought to be over the moon at moving. It means also that Charles N'Zogbia moves the other way too. Doug Ellis took a swipe at N'Zogbia says his Attitude stinks and he needed to have a wash too. The last two are Per Mertesacker and Scott Parker. PArker joins in a £9,500,000 move whereas Mertesacker joins in exchange for Ciaren Clark. Mertesacker becomes the highest paid player at Villa on a astonishing £120,000 a week and Parker comes with a big, big fee for Aston Villa but should be a hit.

Other news is that Marc Albrighton joins Sunderland on loan until the end of the season and Wilfried Zaha and Ryan Bartrand join Villa on loan until the end of the season.

Players not needed
Brad Guzan - £1.5m
Shay Given - £400k
Cary Gardner - Available for a season long loan

Norwich break transfer record

Norwich have broken their transfer record to sign Togo striker Emmanuel Adebayor.

Spurs were quick to announce their intention to offload the lanky striker, and Norwich were equally quick to pounce. The transfer fee agreed between the teams is a massive 16m. This deal signals the intent of owner Johnson to go on a spending spree.

"Manu is a big capture for us. He's experienced and he has played for so many top clubs. Hopefully his goalscoring will fire us forward this season." he said.

Two more come in to Arsenal

More news coming out of the Emirates is that Arsenal have brought in two more players!

First up is Adel Taarabt from QPR, they bought him for 10m with Denilson, Park Chu Young and Gibbs going on loan for the season.

Adel Taarabt is a Moroccan footballer who plays for Queens Park Rangers as an attacking midfielder and can also be used as a winger.

He began his playing career in France at Lens before moving to English Premier League team Tottenham Hotspur in 2007. Having been unable to break into the first team at Spurs under either Juande Ramos or Harry Redknapp, Taarabt moved to QPR on loan in July 2009. He was signed permanently in August 2010 and quickly established himself at Loftus Road. He represented France at youth levels but opted to play for his native Morocco at senior level making his debut in February 2009.

Next comes Debuchy from Newcastle for a whopping 23m deal!

Mathieu Debuchy (born 28 July 1985) is a French footballer who plays for Newcastle United and the French national side. He is often deployed in the right back position, but began his career playing as a midfielder usually acting as a deep-lying playmaker.

A sad day for all Arsenal fans

A sad day for Arsenal fans, their idol Jack Wilshere has been sold to Manchester United in a massive deal worth to be 55m.

Jack Andrew Garry Wilshere (born 1 January 1992) is an English footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Arsenal and the England national team.

Wilshere came up through Arsenal's youth academy and impressed from an early age. He made his first team debut in 2008, at the age of 16, and was Arsenal's youngest ever league debutant. Wilshere has earned a number of accolades including the PFA Young Player of the Year, PFA Team of the Year, and Arsenal's Player of the Season as voted on by the fans for his performances in his first full campaign for Arsenal during the 2010–11 season

Fans are believed to be outraged at the decision to sell him and want a reason.
Charles Major came out with this.

"Well, the young boy let the fame get to his head and when United came knocking he handed in a transfer request and Wenger didn't want to stand in his way. But let me tell you this, he will be replaced with a player who is as good as him or if not maybe better. Times will get better here, I promise."
James Bond announces MEGA signing
James Bond has agreed yet another deal with Arsenal after they signed RvP in the summer. But, this deal might be the deal of the year. England international Jack Wilshere has joined Manchester United after extensive negotiations with the new Arsenal chairman. Rumours all over Old Trafford have said that James Bond had to sell his villa in Greece in order to go through this transfer. After all, it was 55 million pounds. Manchester United fans will surely be happy to get this season going as they will be hoping to take the title from Manchester City.

Arsenal have announced their replacement for Jack Wilshere. Juan Mata from Chelsea for a whopping fee of 45m

Three In

Mark Kolatowicz and Healy Regan have parted ways after Necastle United became available and it was too good an oppurtunity for Healy to turn down. The partnership didnt end when Healy left infact it helped the club gain the signature of a very reputable defender.

Davide Santon
£18,000,000

Santon is widely regared as one of the best upcoming defenders of our generation and will be a very good asset for West Ham United. He will be our main left Back.

John Heitinga
£9,000,000 p/e Carlton Cole

Heiting another fine defender in our generation, very reputable name in the world of football and usually in the first 11 for the Dutch national side. Will look to keep Tomkins out the side and start a partnership with Rio Ferdinand.

Alan Hutton
£2,500,000

Hasnt has the best of times since his move from Rangers, when Tottenham signed him, he left for Villa in the hope of resurecting his career but that never happened either. Kolatowicz is said to be a fan of Huttons since his Rangers days and wants him to be his main right back.

Four Out

Carlton Cole has left the club in the same deal that saw John Heitinga arrive, Frederic Piquionne and Mark Noble both left for Everton in a deal worth £16,500,000 and Matt Jarvis left Norwich in a deal said to be £7,500,000. All four players were said to be surplus to requirements at Upton Park since Kolatowicz tookover but he wishes them well with their future clubs
